BATHROOM
- Spray an all-purpose cleaner on the sink, counter and tub or shower.
- Sprinkle baking soda into the toilet and scrub thoroughly with a toilet brush, then flush.
- Wipe down the outside of the toilet with the all-purpose cleaner.
- Spray a glass cleaner on the mirror and wipe in a circular motion.
- Wipe away the all-purpose cleaner from all surfaces.
- Sweep/mop the floor.
KITCHEN
- Load dishes in the dishwasher or wash them by hand.
- Tidy up clutter on counters.
- Wipe counters with a sponge and kitchen cleaner.
- Wipe all appliances with a damp cloth.

BEDROOMS
- Strip beds and wash sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers.

- Use a glass cleaner for any glass surfaces and windows.
- Vacuum the floor.
GENERAL
- Clean on a day that you have plenty of time set aside – you don’t want to have to stop in the middle.
- Wake up early to get the job done as soon as possible.
- Have a system and work room-by-room.
- Start from upstairs and work your way down.
