What Our Move Cleaning Includes
Our move cleaning covers the entire property. In kitchens, we scrub and sanitize sinks, countertops, and all surfaces. We clean appliances inside and out, including ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, and dishwashers. Cabinets and drawers are wiped down inside. All floors are swept and damp mopped.
In bathrooms, we scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and counters. Mirrors and fixtures are cleaned and polished. Bathroom floors are scrubbed and sanitized.
Throughout the rest of the property, we dust all surfaces including ceiling fans, light fixtures, window sills, and baseboards. All flooring is vacuumed, swept, or mopped as appropriate. Windows are cleaned, and closets are wiped down. We remove any trash and leave the space in move in condition.

How far in advance should I book this service?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially during peak moving months (May through September). If you have a tight timeline, call us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. As long as we have access to the property, we can complete the cleaning without you being there. Many of our clients give us a key or access code and let us handle it while they focus on the move.
Can you clean a property that still has furniture in it?
We can, but the most thorough results come from cleaning an empty space. If the property is partially furnished, we will clean around the remaining items and focus on accessible surfaces. An empty unit allows us to reach every corner, closet, and surface.
Do you offer carpet cleaning as part of the move out service?
Yes. Many landlords and tenants add carpet cleaning to their move out package. We can handle both services in a single visit so the unit is fully refreshed and ready.
Is there a difference between the move in and move out service?
